Terry Timm

Terry Timm is the lead pastor of Christ Community Church of the South Hills, a missional community of faith in Pittsburgh, PA dedicated to helping people connect with God, one another, and our world.  Christ Community is committed to the vocational journey and helping people discover their call by living out their faith in the places they live, learn, work, serve and play.

Terry believes strongly in the power of partnerships and serves with the Pastors Discipleship Network (PDN) in Kampala, Uganda. PDN exists to equip and empower local church pastors and leaders and its vision is to see pastors in East Africa trained and empowered to communicate God’s Word accurately and effectively. Terry partners with the Coalition for Christian Outreach as a supervising pastor and teacher at the Ocean City Beach Project.  Terry also serves on the board of the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (PLF), an organization committed to awakening the great purposes of God in our region. PLF envisions leaders working together to transform their cities into places of truth, beauty, goodness, justice and human flourishing.

Terry is a leadership coach and his background in the fields of music, education, theology and leadership fuel his passion of seeing people become everything God intended, created, redeemed and gifted them to be. One of his favorite expressions is “dream venti” because he believes the best way to experience a rich and full life is to leverage the power of imagination and pursue God-sized dreams.
